A single Go binary with an embedded React build from the official Apache image: no build step.
Questions, answers, votes, tags and reputation live in a managed Postgres on its own private VM.
Installed from environment variables at deploy time, so the administrator exists before the URL resolves and the setup wizard never faces the public.
Apache-2.0 and an ASF project: deploying it into your own account leaves you the operator, with no obligation beyond attribution.
