redu.cloud uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help operate our platform and website. Subprocessors process personal data only on our behalf, under our instructions, and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
This page lists our current subprocessors, their purpose, the categories of data they process, and the countries in which processing occurs.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Categories of personal data | Processing location | Privacy / security page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing, billing, invoicing, fraud prevention | Name, email, billing address, invoice data, payment status, transaction identifiers | EEA, United Kingdom, United States, and other countries where Stripe operates | stripe.com/privacy |
| Google Workspace (Gmail) | Customer support and business communications | Email address, support messages, attachments, correspondence metadata | EEA and/or United States | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Forms | Startup Programme application collection | Founder contact details, startup information, submitted application answers | EEA and/or United States | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Umami (self-hosted) | Privacy-first website analytics | Anonymised page view data, referral sources, device type — no cookies, no personal identifiers | Germany, EU (self-hosted on redu.cloud infrastructure) | umami.is/privacy |
redu.cloud operates its own cloud infrastructure in Germany, EU. Customer workloads, volumes, backups, and platform data are stored and processed on infrastructure we control directly. We do not use a third-party hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) to host customer workloads.
We may update this list as our services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Any new subprocessors will be required to provide appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards for the protection of personal data.
Business customers who have a Data Processing Agreement with redu.cloud may be entitled to prior notice of material subprocessor changes under the terms of that agreement.
If you have questions about our subprocessors or data processing arrangements, contact us at office@redu.cloud or review our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
