Subprocessors

Last updated: May 2026

redu.cloud uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help operate our platform and website. Subprocessors process personal data only on our behalf, under our instructions, and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.

This page lists our current subprocessors, their purpose, the categories of data they process, and the countries in which processing occurs.

Infrastructure and Hosting

redu.cloud operates its own cloud infrastructure in Germany, EU. Customer workloads, volumes, backups, and platform data are stored and processed on infrastructure we control directly. We do not use a third-party hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) to host customer workloads.

Changes to This List

We may update this list as our services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Any new subprocessors will be required to provide appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards for the protection of personal data.

Business customers who have a Data Processing Agreement with redu.cloud may be entitled to prior notice of material subprocessor changes under the terms of that agreement.
