FAQ

Startup program questions

A few practical answers before applying for redu.cloud startup support.

Who can apply?

Startups with real traction can apply. This can mean active users, revenue, pilots, open-source adoption, a serious product in development, or a clear technical need for cloud resources.

How much support can startups receive?

Selected startups can receive up to £10,000 in redu.cloud resources. The exact amount depends on the workload, traction, expected usage, and fit.

Is this the same as the normal £200 credits?

No. The £200 credits are available through normal signup. The startup program is selective and intended for startups that need more serious infrastructure support.

What should I include when applying?

Include what you are building, your traction, current infrastructure setup, expected usage, team size, website or demo if available, and why redu.cloud is a good fit.

Do I need to be funded?

No. Funding is not required. We care more about traction, seriousness, technical fit, and whether infrastructure support can help you move faster.

What kind of projects are not a fit?

Generic free hosting requests, crypto mining, high-abuse workloads, projects without a real product, and workloads that violate our Acceptable Use Policy are not a fit.
