About

The Formbricks v5 baseline stack: the web app, Formbricks Hub, Cube and Valkey, all pinned, none of them built from source.
Survey responses and accounts live in a managed Postgres on its own private VM, so they survive every redeploy.
The administrator account is claimed as part of the deploy, because the setup page is unauthenticated until somebody uses it.
After that first account, public sign-up is compiled off and the setup route stops existing, with no setting to remember.

Formbricks is published by its own authors under AGPL-3.0 (with an enterprise directory and MIT SDKs carved out), which governs your use of it. redu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Formbricks project. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
