- The standalone profile: Postgres is the store and the message bus, so there is no Redis, no Kafka and no ClickHouse to pay for.
- Flags, environments, SDK keys and the audit log live in a managed Postgres on its own private VM.
- One nginx front door puts the console, the management API and the SDK stream on a single hostname.
- The seeded administrator account, whose password is published upstream, is renamed before the URL resolves and rotated as soon as it is up.
